It is still cold out here in my country right now and taking a bath either in the morning or even in the afternoons is proving to be a challenge and even though I am not anemic anymore I still get the chills because our bathroom now has an exhaust fan and it feels like you are bathing outdoors so it really cools you like a SOB.
But in the upcoming hot months and maybe that will be in the next 30 days the weather will again turn around as I would get a super humid weather so I will again sweat like a SOB which is actually uncomfortable because in humid conditions you just feel tired all the time.
But sweating helps me eliminate extra fluids in my body, that is the pros of living in a humid environment which is like you are having a sauna bath all day long. It is not really comfortable but the sweating factor will definitely give me a good effect on my health.
That is why I do not like airconditioning because it maybe nice to the body but I will not be sweating a lot and it adds burden to my body as I would really absorb all the fluids that I intake but not eliminating some because the diminished ability to sweat.
I wish that I have a sauna bath so that in that way I can hang around in it for a few hours and help me eliminate toxins via my skin especially the extra fluids that makes me have a breathlessness issues. But I am trying to fatten up so that at least I can convert some water weight in my body into a real body mass either in a form of fat or muscle.
Wow that’s interesting the sauna really can help release toxins.
