Dear Diary: One Solution To Insomnia Is Blogging

I was lucky a few years ago when I was suffering from insomnia, a social blogging site then pops up and it fitted to my financial needs at that time and fortunately I was able to use my insomnia into a fruitful way as I begin to work into it as a social blogger like I was doing today.

All in all I was able to roughly earn about a couple of thousand dollars because I was just writing until my body longed for a rest. So I tired myself up until I wanted to sleep which was just a few hours of sleep by the day. I changed in the process my internal clock and made the night a day and rested during the day. So fortunately for me I won over insomnia even my anemia which is in itself a miracle case for myself.

It is in my opinion a fruitful way to turn your health issues into a more productive way possible as long as the opportunity is there for your purposes and you are willing to spend your time into your work at the same time enjoying it then you can make your life happy and contented with blogging especially here at steemit.

But in the years before I was able to access the Internet with insomnia devastating my health, the nights are unbearably long and I can't do anything productive but to wait until I get some rest which only came like a flash in the pan and really took a toll on my health.

Those days are gone now and now I could well use y time with an occasional insomnia to get more fruitful rather than tossing and turning, I might as well write my world and earn a bit of crypto in return and I thank God for that.

Sleeping disorder could be as a result of different occurrence, ranging from depression, pain, diseases..., it can really be discomforting but what is so inspiring about you is that you see an opportunity out of every situation, you see hope where there is none.
I could imagine if you didnt take that chance, if you were consumed by your disability or the insomnia, no, you threw a punch and you have convinced us all that we should always look inward at all times.

Dealing with insomnia after my parasite infection. Trazadone helps a little, today had 4 hours of sleep. Feel better with trazodone, because it improves R.E.M. dream sleep, better sleep with less hours. Gabapentine have that too, sadly causes me to have migraines, but awesome for pain and neuropathy.

Fews years back I read an article which stated the cause of insomnia.. This article said about cause insomnia as metal health disorders,anxiety disorders such post traumatic ,stress disorder .this may disrupt your sleep.. I'm very glad because you enlighten people through your blogging ..
