It had been raining from last night until today and I think it will not stop until the next forming storm have reached and also pour its corresponding rain into this water-rich country. My country is poor but it is rich in water, drinking water that is, because if you fix an artesian well you will get a safe drinking water even in the mountains but you have to fix the well deep though.
Anyway my dialysis went well but again extra water haven't been taken out completely so I have to schedule my fluid intake so that I won't get so breathless come dialysis time. So I am also just taking an effort to gain some weight as well so that it can replace water from my body and with that if water is replaced by real fat and muscle I won't get so breathless each time.
My Moringa powder and my protein drink will play a vital role in my efforts to achieve my goal. If only I have a good appetite then it might come easy to achieve but I can only eat very well at dialysis when I start to feel the cleaning action of the the dialysis machine only then my appetite takes in effect and in fact I could also eat that much too.
Anyway I am thankful that we reached home gracefully because I thought we would battle through hard rain although I believe that it would rain until the weekend because of another storm coming our way. It is a real problem to me because our toilet gets flooded when such nonstop rain happens and it is not even that so hard of a rain the fell yesterday. I just pray that someday I will be able to get this house fixed so I won't have to worry with things such as these rains and storms.

Rainfall is beyond our control but I still want to say sorry about the over flooded toilets; and I hope it doesn't affect your health and recovery in anyway.
Lastly, I hope your moringa and the protein drink are not processed ones? Natural foods are healthier and they work better during recovery.
Please only use processed food when you can't help it.
