Today I was talking to a mate of mine about the best way to get tanned. I think spray tan because it's much healthier. He thought tanning bed because he argued that a spray tan looks unnatural. I know there are people who like really over do it and just go all out and end up like a carrot but that's not necessairy. A spray tan can look perfectly natural if it's done right. And a tanning bed can be unhealthy and bad for you skin and stuff like that. So yeah in my view spray tan is definitely the undisputed winner. I have tried both do. And there is something to say for the tanning bed. It's relaxing just laying there in the warmth, especially when it's cold outside. So maybe a bit of both. A tanning bed once in a while is okay. So I think that's my final judgement a tanning bed once in a while and for the rest I'll just go with the spray tan.

The healthiest is the actual SUN! Stay out just long enough without sunscreen that you don't get burned. A little pink is just fine.
