Hello steemians, I am happy to come your way once again with this article. It is very important to look or to work for money as we are always doing in order to substain our lives and make it meaningful. It’s a good idea though, but have we taken into consideration our health.
I hope we have seen so many articles, books and being told in school about eating fruits and vegetables to become healthy. Most of the people who write and teach about them don’t even practice it but they just talk about them only. But today, I want to share with you how fruits and vegetables have help and improve my health for the better when I cultivated the habit of introducing it in my diet.
Fruits and vegetables that contains the most glutathione when included in diet are: carrots, tomatoes, garlic, onion, peppers, grapefruits, apples, oranges, banana, melon, avocados, broccoli, squash, spinach, asparagus and potatoes. When it is in the due seasons of these fruits and vegetables, they are very cheap but we ignore them for the rich. The saddest thing is that, when we are sick or when we grow old because as we are growing old the level of glutathione decreases. At this time of life too, that is when expensive drugs are being prescribed for us to buy for treatment meanwhile we could have treated that same sickness a common fruits and vegetables at a low price and those monies could have been used for another project of interest.
Glutathione is one of the body’s most important antioxidants of which we have several natural ways we can get it. I want to share what I have practiced and have benefited from it. Antioxidants are substances that reduces oxidative stress by reacting with the free radicals in our body. Most of the antioxidants are found in the foods we eat. As said earlier chronic disease, infection, constant stress and with age decreases the level of glutathione in our system.
Now aside fruits helping us to get glutathione, it is also rich in dietary fibre. It helps to improve the normal functioning of our digestive system and fruits are good for those who wants to lose weight;it gives ample energy and almost every nutrient that the body needs to control weight gain without adding any unnecessary fats.
My advice is that, most of you guys here are blessed with most of these fruits and vegetables of greater amount of health benefits in your countries than us here in Ghana. So as we are thinking about how we can make money let’s think about our health too. And am always trying to include the little I have here how much more those with varieties of it. So let's cultivate the habit of eating fruits and vegetables for healthy life in order to pursue your goals in life.

Good health is a matter of great concern, to maintain it, healthy living and a disciplined life is a must. We need to have a balanced diet and go for long, brisk walks. Our motto should be to keep our body clean in order to remain healthy.
