@actifit has stopped tracking my steps when the screen is closed and no point of forced stops and restarts, restating my phone or anything seems to work.
Anyways, I do these for the health and not the kudos.
Steps: almost 8K
Water: around 6 glasses
Active: over 60 mins walking and 12 doing a bunch of knee exercises.
Food: need to improve
Revive: did the 'Ultimate Neck and Shoulder Release', the day 4 daily pulse beat.
It's very similar to this, except between the shoulder blades and not at the tops of the shoulders..
4 hr body: didn't do my glut-4 but did end the day with the PAGG
