Fitness Motivation- Harrifam_Official Health/Fitness

Hello Everyone.. So on my last article on Introduction, I talked about Healthy life, and also Fitness.. and i mentioned that there are Four types of fitness.. So today we are going to be breaking it down into the various segment.. A lot of you when you hear the word fitness what comes to your mind first is working out.. But No that's not it the word fitness has so many component that you can't imagine that are under this topic Fitness.. So today we are going to be discussing them one after the other..

Cardiovascular/aerobic exercise

Aerobic exercise (also known as cardio) is a physical exercise of low to high intensity that depends primarily on the aerobic energy-generating process. Aerobic literally means "relating to, involving, or requiring free oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen to adequately meet energy demands during exercise via aerobic metabolism. Generally, light-to-moderate intensity activities that are sufficiently supported by aerobic metabolism can be performed for extended periods of time.![Untitled design

When practiced in this way, examples of cardiovascular/aerobic exercise are medium to long distance running/jogging, swimming, cycling, and walking, Untitled design (5).png why is this important because of your everyday life to help you with.. Controlling blood pressure, Cancer prevention, Inflammation, Immune system, Weight control,

This is just a head up to what we are going to be discussing on this community.. But i am going to be talking more on body building.. That's the major Topic we are going to be discussing...
