Frequent computer use has often been associated with repetitive strain injury, particularly conditions such as tendonitis. While this has traditionally been the most common form of RSI, recent years have seen it overtaken by digital eye strain, a condition that can result in dry eye, headaches, blurred vision and other painful symptoms.

According to the Vision Council, digital eye strain now affects more than 60% of Americans, and it's particularly prevalent among 18-39 year olds - 87.7% of which use a digital device for more than two hours per day.
