It tastes good..I used to eat a lot. It tastes sour..not bitter. :)

I never ate them, just pasted the part about the taste from Wikipedia. It does sound interesting plant to grow, but I'm afraid it's just too tender for our cold winters.
Thank you for the follow up on the taste. I like sour fruits, not the super sweet ones. :)
