Hello Friends
Today I am sharing my own experience for treatment of Plantar Warts.
3 Years ago I observed a grainy growth on my toe. That time I neglected it. 1 year ago, I found that there were 7-10 bubble type growth. I again neglected because first It was not giving me pain, second I was thinking It will go with time and third I do gym So I was thinking It as athlete foot and I will treat it any time.
But 3 months ago, It started spreading my whole foot. Now it was looking more serious to me and I studied about this on google and found it plantar warts.
Then I started treatment
One treatment was use of liquid nitrogen. Take liquid nitrogen in bowl and dip a ear cleaning stick in it and touch it on effected area.
But liquid nitrogen is not easily accessible.
So I started using salicylic acid cream or liquid during bed time (These are available over the counter in pharmacy stores)
!
Then I covered the effected area with Duct tape
Next day I removed tape and peel the soft skin of effected area and again cover it with Duct tape. Also I bought new socks.
When I peeled my skin I found blue spot. I read it on google and found that it was blood clot on which HPV (Human Pappiloma virus) survive. After peeling, I cleaned my hand with soap.
I did this continuous for 3 days then after 1 week for 4 weeks until whole blood clot was removed. During whole day, I kept my effected area covered with Duct tape.
After 5 weeks, I stopped using Duct tape. Then new skin started coming out and Now My foot is fine as you can see.
Thank you friends
