Today I want to give a MASSIVE shout out to my friend, Janelle because I remember the day she started, she was super skeptical that this system was just another one of "those things." AND I FELT HER CONCERNS. Because before I started 3 years ago, I was the BIGGEST SKEPTIC ever!!!! But that's all ok. Because your human and everyone goes through it.

It doesn't have to always feel good, in fact it won't. You don't always have to be improving, some days you might stall out or even slide backwards. But there is one thing that can never falter.

You can never get out of the Journey. Because the day you let your emotions dictate your conviction is the only day you fail. Quitting can't be an option even when the emotions get crazy.
