In addition, active walks contribute to the stabilization of blood pressure.

Fast walking is useful for the spine, because fast walks tighten and strengthen bone tissue, especially in the hips and lower back, and this is an excellent prevention of hernia and osteoporosis. Regular exercise allows you to control weight and promote fat burning. Because, firstly, the spine is strengthened, and secondly, by reducing the weight of the body and strengthening the accompanying muscles, the load on the spine itself decreases.
