Eat to live and eat well to maintain your health, life is precious and life manifest itself in good health.

“He rained down manna for the people to eat, he gave them grain of haven. Men ate the bread of angels.” Psalms 78:24-25.

My set objectives are as follows;
• To live a healthy life through nutrition and other preventive measures.
• To fight poverty through proper utilization and management of time, potential and other resources available.
• To contribute in any meaningful way to the rebirth and the development of the economy and he community respectively.

Eat some amount/quantity of raw food everyday: Raw foods don’t pass through any process like heating, boiling, frying etc but it is eaten raw and fresh. The following foods are eaten raw: pawpaw/papaya, banana, watermelon, onion, dandelion, orange mango etc. These foods also provide the body with nutrients and also contains antioxidants which prevent cell damage by oxidants. Oxidants can be found in our environment but they are produced naturally in our body

NOTE: Choose those that are not chemically contaminated.
