I am currantly wrinting a post how to cope with migraine pain and write something about tai chi and qigong and while researching (ähhh procrastinating) an the internet, found her video. She is really great! I directly tried it out. Here stance is so beautiful and so fluid movements.
Did you tried it? Are you practicing taichi?

Yes I do taichi and qigong. It really helps your overall health. Circulation improves a lot. Definitely great for migraines.
