Today I wanted to write something about a very common medical problem,especially among the younger population.

Acnes, officially called Acne vulgaris present a significant aesthetic problem for many young people, even though there is no age limit.
Consequences are not only medical but also psychological so it is important to do everything we can in order to treat them.

OVERVIEW

Acnes appear as a result of blockage of pilosebaceous units. If you Are wondering what those Are,they represent hair follicules and their sebaceous glands.

There Are many reasons for which you may get acne and one of the most important ones is genetics. It happens Because of excessive sebum production or epidermal hyperproliferation which both lead to blockage of normal drainage.

TREATMENT

Most people have acnes on their face but they can appear on almost every part of the body.
So,what can we do to prevent them?

There Are Many ways in which we can tri to figth them.

One of the most important things is personal hygiene and proper diet. You must regularly wash your face with appropriate products which you can find in your local pharmacy.

Low glycemic diet is highly recommended and this is especially important for teenagers who often eat fast food and Are more prone to acnes Because of hormones.

Sometimes acnes require pharmaceutical assistance and there are many products available. I’m just going to mention a few,but there is not just one fix suitable for all so If You have a serious acne problem,you should visit your dermatologist.

There Are some products such as retinoidlike agents or erythromycin, but sometimes even hormone oral therapy is needed.
