Meditation and mindfulness

By now almost everyone has heard about all the benefits of meditation. Everyone benefits: children, moms, dads, athletes, CEOs, inmates, teachers - everyone benefits from stillness. If you are dealing with any disease or medical condition you will feel better if you meditate.

There are hundreds of apps to help you. There are 1000's of youtube videos to help you. There are classes and meetup groups. Please find something that appeals to you and start. The sooner the better.

Meditation is a called a practice because you have to practice to get better. Even one minute is fantastic.

So let's start.
