Waking up:
- Do 15 pushups; increase by 5 every day until you level out; go for a week at this number; increase by 5 for subsequent weeks;
- Jumpstart your metabolism by eating 2 raw, full-size carrots
- Take a cold shower
Going to Bed:
- Do same amount of pushups from the morning
- No sugar an hour before sleep
- Meditate 5 minutes; can go longer if you feel like it
