I just posted a new and long article about metabolism and how you could boost it. Also there are a few food tips in it. The rest of the food tips will come separately in other post!

thanks @donhiddit, I read all your posts, what you say is very interesting. unfortunately it happened to me (but I think of many people when they become adults with many responsibilities and little time) to go from doing a lot of sport to almost zero movement + I am over 40! and I know that the two things together are not good at all !! there are times when I try very hard and manage to maintain a good diet with good almost daily walks, but it is also difficult to think that you cannot stray a moment that you immediately gain weight: this is a nightmare!
