Using essential oils for seasonal or environmental threat relief is a potent and effective way of alleviating your symptoms, essential oils are even used to prevent cold and flu viruses from settling in by eliminating germs, bacteria and viruses in your surrounding area and by strengthening your immune system with an all-natural boost.
Listed below are a few must try doTERRA essential oils to get you through the season.
OnGaurd
