This is good advice. Many good solutions are simple and often within reach, or worth reaching for. Improved nutrition can help a lot, especially when combined with what you suggest. I know depression intimately. There is a range of depth to this illness and that times of loss, change / stress are times when support by others are most essential. Put simply- people need each other. Depression can look like something else, and if health is neglected or times of loss, sudden change / stress escalate, then changes of behavior may be noticed. These are critical times when stability can easily be lost. It is terrifying for the depressed / anxious person and they may also feel ashamed and embarrassed. This is not a time to completely abandon the individual whom may be cause for ones own discomfort and confusion. I am planting a seed in the minds of those who will be called upon to support and help a depressed person in some way. Life- we're in this together. Peace and love DB
