The 2 big M's that go hand in hand and can pretty much make or break your day. So have a great dose of each in the morning.

Music can affect your mood but so can your mood affect the music you listen to. Music can be used for many things, help you focus, help you train when at the gym or just going for a jog. It can even help heal a person after suffering emotional trauma.

Different music can even change your heart beat, ever wondered why you can't sleep after going to the club or concert. Well that type of music amps you up and gets you excited, so instead of forcing your poor heart to beat slower so that you can sleep, listen to something soothing calm and relaxed you will be lights out in a few minutes.

I listen to all types of music, some more than others and well as you can guess by now, yes I an listening to music while writing this post. I found a fascination with Marshmello recently and his music puts me in a fun good mood.
