What's up guys and gals,

Hope it's been a blessed day and a wonderful week so far.

I often like to talk to my clients about the "80/20" rules of healthy fat and weight loss.

One of the most important to know, remember and implement if you want to really lose weight , drop fat and slim down your waistline for good is that how you eat is far more important than how much physical activity you get.

That being said I highly recommend that you utilize both a great plant based diet and a physically active lifestyle to help ensure any successful weight loss program.

Both physical activity and a smart and healthy diet are very important, but I personally believe your spiritual health is essential important to weight loss success and overall optimal well being.

If you are a person who believes in God and has faith then you know that a person can cope with quite a lot such as medical illness, addiction, depression, emotional pain, despair and physical pain just through the power of prayer alone.

It is prayer that helps people to put their trust into a higher being who is there to listen and support us. Our faith gives us strength and can help us overcome all of the fear, pain, and feeling of helplessness.

Through prayer we can finally free our mind and body from anxiety and lose all of our fears. Once our minds and bodies begin to relax we can create some positive energy and our systems can start to balance right.

Once we have reached the point of peace we can then begin to focus on our goal to lose weight and keeping it off for good.

We become more optimistic and able to handle whatever challenges we are faced with. The healing power of prayer enables us to gather more strength, start to become more hopeful, feel more energetic and have the will to survive and go on.

The ability to believe in ourselves and to use the power of prayer is an essential element to achieving your ultimate goal and optimum health and fitness.

As you learn to manage your spiritual ups and downs you will learn to be able to lose weight keep in mind that through prayer your mind becomes more enlightened, alert, and focused.

Emotionally you will be able to let positive thought and energy erase any negative thoughts about healing your body and in turn you will learn how to lose the weight that you need to lose.

Spiritually you can learn to overcome inhibitions which dampen your spirits and let the healing thoughts of prayer come through.

Remember that you are not just your physical body alone. There is more to you than what you see on the surface, there is also your mind and spirit.

Learning to manage the power of prayer will help you learn how to manage your body so that you can lose the weight that you need and put you on the road to a better and healthier body.

The spiritual aspect of yourself can allow you to bring forth your intuition, creativity and life's purpose.

This element of health and fitness is without question one of the foundational principles necessary in order to increase your success in achieving your ultimate goal to lose weight and keep it off for good.
