1.Drink a glass of warm milk before going to bed for an easy motion in the morning.

  1. Take a teaspoon of triphala churna with water or milk before going bed.
  2. Take a teaspoon of Isapgoal with lukewarm water before going to bed.
  3. Dont intake oily food , spicy, beans and bakery products.
  4. Drink glass of warm water early in morning it improve bowel movemts.
  5. Eat high in fiber include bran cereals, beans, lentils, oatmeal, almonds, barley, many vegetables, and fresh and dried fruits.
    7.Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a glass of water every morning, or add lemon to tea; you may find that the refreshingly tart water not only acts as a natural remedy to your constipation but also that it helps you drink more water each day, which will improve your long-term digestion.

Great points! Have heard many of these mentioned before. Another great method to try is 1 table spoon of natural psylliun husk before bed (easily found at a health food store) or sweedish bitter capsules also before bed. These also work great as they stimulate digestion.
