In an earlier post I went through 5 easy tips that will help you make the most out of every day. Now, I would like to elaborate on each point a little bit and explain each tip further.
Tip #1- Exercise. It should come as no surprise this is my number one tip! From my own experience I can assure you that daily exercise (even 3x per week for a beginner) will have a HUGE impact on your mood, feelings, and overall outlook on life.
If you already do some sort of exercise on a daily basis, this post isn't for you, but keep up the good work! If you do no exercise at all right now, LISTEN UP!! It is easier than you think to start your own exercise/training regimen. You can simply start by walking every day! Believe it or not, walking is tremendously good for the body.
If you consider yourself an active person already, then you can always step up your training! Never get complacent. Add sets, reps, new movements if you are into weight training. The overall message is to always strive for improvement every day! If you simply do this, you will certainly never waste another day again.

When it comes to training consistency is better than intensity. Just get yourself on the track or the gym everyday. Results will follow 💪
