Sports, whatever the purpose, does not mean you have to spend all your spare time in the gym. Occasionally, stop by the city park and invite friends to work out together. Not only do you end up with fresh air - still imagine, right, the smell of sweat in the gym changing room? - Exercise outdoors will also give you cardio exercises and muscle strengthening that are as intense (or even more!) Than the gym at the gym.
