I lost the best friend I've had from stage 4 liver cancer. He trusted me with his life and #health in his last days. He called me his medical advisor. It wasn't fair. He never told me what he had until it was stage 4. We would talk for hours and hours everyday damn day it seemed. I loved that man like only a son, nephew, or brother could love a family member.
