Ginger is missing ;-( it contains gingerol, one of the superfood ingredients when it comes to fight the bad guys (inflammation). it's very beneficial for any kind of sickness (especially morning or travel), it lowers blood sugars and therefore improves heart...any many more....please check my posts soon about super healthy ginger and turmeric winter tonic at @ecoboss ;-) thanks
