Papatq otherwise known as pawpaw grow in a tropical climates and have a sweet taste and a very vibrant colour. Papaya is a asmalk bushy tree with a hallow trunk, large palmate leaves and oblong smooth-skinned fruits. The scientific name is known as Carica Papaya. The health benefits of Papaya includes:

  1. An antioxidant named Zeaxanthin that is found in Papaya filters out harmful blue lift rays.

  2. Papaya prevents asthma.

  3. Papaya contains 10% of Vitamin B-6, thiamine, riboflavin, folate and niacin that is needed in the body daily.

  4. Papaya is very rich in minerals.

  5. Papaya offers benefit to people with some forms of cancer.

  6. Papaya assist people in terms of weight loss or help them maintain their current weight.

Health benefits of papaya seeds.
Papaya seeds cannot be left out because it is healthy too although we often throw the seeds away and consume just the fruit.

  1. Take 5-6 dried Papaya seeds and grind them, take the extracted lime huuce and drink continuously for 30 days. It helps cure liver disease.

  2. Papaya seeds kills bacterias like staphylococcus and salmonella and fight infections and other diseases lin the body.

  3. Papaya seeds also prevent kidney disease.

  4. Papaya seeds also reduces the chances and risks of cancer

  5. Papaya seed also prevents quick aging in the body.

Well now you know, both Papaya's fruit and seeds are both beneficial to our health so don't always throw away the seeds. You can either chew the seeds or frind them amd consume the juice. The seeds are advice to eat raw and although it tastes bitter, it is very good healthwise.
