Thank you for forwarding this information! I recently have began implementing a healthier diet as I have started cooking for myself in my second year of college. I will certainly be perusing his website for more information, and hopefully (as I am a bit skeptical about what he is saying) he provides the scientific papers outlining these results so I can read them for myself.
