I really appreciate everything you've written here. I agree with a lot of it, and I am interested to know more. Is there a good book you would recommend?

    Thank you Elle. I appreciate those who listen. Yes there is definitely a great book I would recommend you can probably find the epub version somewhere. Here it is; Waking The Tiger, by Peter Levine.
