Cleansing before the New Year!

Many people have traditions or rituals they do before the new year rolls in. The new year is a time to let go of the old and get ready to bring in the new. It's a new beginning in a way. It's important to create space for the good you want to receive in your life. Here are somethings that might help to sorta cleanse and let go before the new year.

Declutter your space. Donate things that you do not need or things that do not bring you joy. Declutter your online space, your email, unfollow the people who bring down your vibration on social media, clear our your phone. Rearrange your room/home/apartment/whatever. Sage it out. Meditate. Visualize your goals and what you want to manifest this next year. Release grudges. Write down what you've learned this past year, what you want to let go of, and goals you have.

This one I found on mindbodygreen.com and might just follow myself:
"On December 31, take all of the paper from the bowl and burn it or bury it. Keep your playlist going, burn some incense, light a candle, drink a warming tea, or do whatever else makes you feel quiet in your heart. Don’t rush the moment. If you have cedar oil or any wintry herbs, place them in your hands post-release and inhale to feel cleansed and renewed."
