I love chamomile, and yes improve our nervous system it's hard but i suggest too as you say meditation, it help a lot and give you the strenght to follow good routines like eat less meat, drink less alchool and doing regular excercises of the body.

Very useful for maintaining health. I am also a smoker, it seems like I should reduce and leave this bad habit. I was worried about the lack of oxygen intake to the brain, the main cause of smoking. thank you for sharing @enigma84.
