I have discussed about my skincare routine last time in my previous post: 10-Step Skincare Routine for a Youthful and Glowing Skin

Now this might be a bit extensive and pricey and it may or may not suite those who have sensitive skin so it's best to go natural and organic at situation like this.

I have listed my top favorite oils which are all natural and safe for sensitive skin. These are the ones that I have already tried using before. I'll make a quick rundown of some of the benefits of these oils. Interested? Then keep reading!

1. Argan Oil

Originated from Morocco, this is a plant oil which is produced from the kernel of an Argan tree. This is known to be the 'Liquid Gold' because of its beauty benefits. There are a lot of proven benefits of this oil and these are as follows:

• It moisturizes dry, frizzy and lifeless hair making it smoother and more manageable. This makes it an instant hair treatment making your crowning glory healthy and shiny. Gone are the bad hair days!
• Dandruff and other scalp problems can also be solved with argan oil
• It also helps in cracked heels by moisturizing the skin
• Good for brittle nails. Put this on your nails on a regular basis to strengthen the nails.
•It can help in treating acne and fighting pimples
•It is found effective for lightening of stubborn stretchmarks and is also good for moisturizing chapped lips

2. Castor Oil

This oil which is extracted from castor seeds originated from areas of Africa and India. This is known to have therapeutical benefits and is a great remedy to some illnesses such as skin abrasions, migraine, menstrual disorders and a lot more. As for its beauty benefits, the list are as follows:

•Castor oil is an effective stretchmarks remover and it lightens the appearance of scars
•One of its known best use is to combat hair loss. By using this religiously, it can help thicken your hair by targetting the scalp, stimulating circulation in the scalp thus, improving hair growth. It can also be used to thicken eyebrows and eyelashes. This is the reason why it is commonly found in hair grower products.
•This is also effective in removing unwanted warts, calluses, and can rebuild cracked heels
•Natural remedy for treating rashes and other infections

3. Grapeseed Oil

This is widely used in the line of cosmetics and beauty industry. The grapeseeds are usually cold pressed to extract the oil. Some of its known benefits are the following:

• It has natural anti-bacterial properties and has linoleic acid which is an anti-inflammatory agent.
•Grapeseed oil also helps in treating skin conditions like melasma, psoriasis, eczema and chicken skin.
•It has antioxidant properties and also contains Vitamins C and E which can delay skin aging and fight effects of free radicals
•When used regularly, it can effectively remove pimples, whiteheads, blackheads, oily skin and fine lines.
•This restores skin's collagen for a youthful and glowing skin
•This can also be used to whiten the skin naturally and thus, can be used in lightening dark spots such as elbows, knees and underarms.

There are still a lot of amazing benefits of these oils and so the list goes on. I have already tried these three and I found all these effective. I wouldn't recommend it if it isn't. 😉

Your choice of oil would vary depending on your health and skin's needs and condition so I suggest getting one that is most beneficial to you. Or if you're feeling rich, get them all and experience the benefits that organic and natural products has to offer!

Argan oil is really good especially when it's pure and cold pressed. Let me know once you've tried it hehe ❤

I guess this will work on my face since I have a sensitive skin. Hehe. I will try this one sis but have to ask someone to bring it here for me in dubai. :)

I recommend that you get these oils from Zivine Organics. It's worth the price and it will last long. ☺️

Nice list and good to know more about those oils.

expensive oils for sure I just make sure I have a clean face and moisturize

The price of castor oil is around 250 pesos. And it lasts for about 3 months or more. Not so bad. The grapeseed oil and argan oil has the same price 😁

I am familiar of grapeseed oil because it has antioxidant.

gusto ko subukan lahat mga oil na ito..ty for sharing sis..

@enjieneer Thanks for this informative post. 😊😊😊

My friend actually recommends argan and castor oil but never tried it yet. I tried taking grapeseed oil extract and it's very effective. Though haven't use it for a month or two now since I'm always in my room working. I got no time to visit the city and buy it. But hope to purchase again soon.

By the way, where did you bought these oils?

Hello! I got these oils from Zivine Organics, they have a lot of resellers online and they also have physical stores. Their oils are really pure and cold pressed that's why it's really effective. I use the castor oil in growing my eyebrows while I used the grapeseed before for my face and I also mix this in my everyday lotion ❤

Thanks! I'll do my own research for this products as well. Have a great day!

Now I use anything for my hair because I was discouraged to use products that promise I could have a long and thick hair for a month but never worked for me esp. that argan you said. hehehe. I also used a castor oil but I can see numerous strands falling more than 50 so I stopped. But glad that these work for you, friend. I am experiencing hair loss now. I tried different products like Nuvo Hair, too. Since it is expensive, I stopped and chose to just minimize my daily task at work. Stress caused me hair loss.

What specific argain oil and castor are you using? Are these pure oils or those sold in the market with mixed ingredients?
