Mysteriously forgotten in modern age, Magnesium is highly efficient in curing many diseases. Its deficiency in the body is a major risk factor for many illnesses, even the serious ones. It gets extracted from sea water, and has many benefits for our well-being.
Not only it fights infections but also it makes you healthier in the process. The wondrous benefit of rejuvenating the cells results in anti-aging effect for the consumer.
The Body Cells die without Magnesium, and it is one of the crucial minerals that should be taken daily.
In Egypt, ancient populations used to consume up to 10 times more Magnesium then average person today.
Present throughout the whole Body
Magnesium impacts activity of more than 300 enzymes
He is crucial for DNA repair and replication
Without it, our nerves wouldn't be in balance with muscle systems
Extremely important for good sleep and muscle relaxation
It prevents chronic tiredness and headaches, migraines
Females
have uniquely high benefits from Magnesium consumption. It guards bones from Osteoporosis, and its a great help when it comes to menstrual cramps and PMS
Moreover, they report feeling more energetic and less depressive.
When you ingest Mg through food in the stomach it transforms to Mg Chloride.
That is a clear proof why there is no potential bad sides to Chloride consumption.
Putting waste in the body equals to more Magnesium getting wasted. When you eat food like white flour, bread, pasta, huge amount of Magnesium is spent in the body, not to mention we only absorb 1/3 of Mg from food
Due to the modernization, new groceries are treated with all kinds of chemical before they get to the consumer. They lose up to 80% of their original Magnesium on that path.
Why is our food getting rid of precious minerals? I'm really anxious to hear your opinions.
Some say its an answer to world hunger, I call bullshit on that.
Always make sure you strive for organic groceries, since food from Supermarkets is poisonous.
Some great sources of Magnesium are:

Use Magnesium Chloride for Max Benefits:
Make sure to get a quality Chloride sample from trusted merchant. The water you will mix it with, should be the clean one from the source. You want to heat up your water, and after it gets hot put 3 spoons of Mg Chloride in it...
Hold your feet in there for about 30 minutes. You are done for the night. Repeat for 2 weeks, and you will ingest Magnesium equal to 1.5 years of oral consumption.
Never should you underestimate the power of Minerals. Maybe you are not feeling so good lately, and the secret lies in proper micronutrient consumption :)

Magnesium is an abundant mineral in the body. Magnesium assists with muscle and nerve function, regulation of normal heart rhythm, and maintenance of healthy bones. It is naturally present in many foods, such as green leafy vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.
The U.S. Dietary Guidelines recommend about a half-cup of beans daily as sources of fiber, folate, plant protein, plant iron, and minerals, such as magnesium.
Benefits of Magnesium for the Heart
Most men and women who die of heart disease die suddenly—without having any known history of heart problems. Studies have shown that higher blood levels of magnesium may be associated with a reduced risk of sudden cardiac arrest.
Benefits of Magnesium for Inflammatory Disorders
According to a 2011 Journal of Clinical Nutrition study, magnesium-rich foods such as whole grains, leafy green vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes—beans, peas, lentils, and soy—help hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the human body. “A higher intake of dietary magnesium may favorably affect a cluster of metabolic and inflammatory disorders,” including diabetes and heart disease.

I find Dr. Max Greger and his community at nutritionfacts.org are more concerned with their plant based ideology than with actual facts. I'll just say watch out for the anti-nutrients in legumes, nuts, and whole grains. Of course if these are organic whole foods, they'll trump any synthetic, over-processed garbage that's flooded our culture. Liked the post anyways, though, thank you.

I know the benefits of magnesium firsthand! I use a magnesium liquid that I spray over my arms and legs before bed every night 🛏 it really helps relax my muscles and I always sleep like a baby when I use it!
Thank you sharing this, I knew magnesium was good for muscles and sleep but not about it helping out DNA. Thank you for sharing @enjoyinglife! 🌱
