Click on the VIDEO above ^^ to watch

This is the first episode, of a daily series, where I will share a health fact (or two) with you guys.

Why??

Well, I study the human body every day. My head is constantly being filled up with information.

Considering that we all live in a body, I figured that the information could be useful to everyone.

Disclaimer: The videos will not get professionally edited, due to time constraints. This series is meant to be about providing good quality, digestible, health information, to everyone, on a daily basis. My focus is only on that. If the videos start picking up steem (excuse the pun), I may consider hiring someone to edit.

If you guys think this series is a good idea, let me know in the comments.

If you think it is shit, let me know too. Your feedback is most helpful.

SO looking forward to hearing your experience with sourdough bread. I have some experience with it, and was quite successful with my starter, but always found the dough way too wet to knead! I love the tangy taste of it and LOVE, LOVE the smell of the starter. I love all things fermented!!! 😍😍

I'm looking forward to the process too. Do you have any tips or resources you can share with me, with regards to making my own starter?

Sourdough is an acquired taste. I'm very fond of it too. :)

I watched and read A LOT about starters and I found this one the best one for the starter, as for the bread I have a favourite too :)
Ps: Even though you will see many people saying bleached flour is ok, I found that unbleached flour yelds a much healthier, stronger starter.

Thank you so much. I didn't know that.

I am going to order flour on Amazon at the end of the month. It's from a company called Ancient Mills. Supposed to be prepared the old-fashioned way, stone ground, non-bleached etc....

Yes, I do actually. I will come back to you with it in the evening. Is it ok for me to drop some youtube links here? :)

Yes, of course. Please do. :)

I have just started making my own bread - ever!

At the moment I'm at the tortilla stage. But they are very good! yummy.

( I love tortillas)

Not having an oven is a negative (hobs only, where I live.) but I have seen ways to use a hob to make into a kind of 'oven',..... so I will be experimenting.

(when are you posting about things deeper than a bottle of beer again, btw? - I miss you! lol)

Ooowww ... hello there @lucylin 😊 I am slowly gathering material for my next post, which, hopefully will be ready next week!

I have seen that some types of bread are made on the hobb. Mainly flat bread like pita and naam. I like tortillas too 😃.

I hope everything is fine with you. 🌷

Daily series? Awesome :)

Shit dude, I am regretting saying that lol. My perfectionist personality is coming out now. Vlog #2, I edited more than #1... Now #3 I've spent more time editing than #2. If only I had unlimited cash and time...

Anyways, will try put one out every day. Let's see how it goes. Need the research to be solid too.

Ok just returned from work, and watch the video and I think this more "personal" style really fits you! Γράφεις καλά στη καμέρα, δε ξέρω πως να το πω στα αγγλικά :P

Thank you for your support, as always. I do a lot of writing, but, my public speaking needs work. I figured it would be a good way to practice:) I can also get pretty creative with my explanations etc.

P.S. I feel horrible that I haven’t done the beer challenge. I did a lot of research and found interesting studies. I have just put it on hold for a bit. I am excited to test out different alcoholic drinks though. I’m looking into sourdough now too. I want to understand my wheat allergy better.

Interesting, well done :)
