You thirsty ? Try this food consumption to remove the thirst for water replacement

When the thirst hit, normally you will immediately take drinking water to ease it. Well, in addition to drinking water, the thirst can be temporarily relieved by the consumption of the following foods.

Lettuce

You can also snack lettuce while thirsty. The reason this vegetable contains 95% water in it.

Watermelon

Watermelon fruit basically contains 91% water and antioxidant substances called lycopene. This substance will protect the body from cell damage and help remove toxins from the body.

Melon

Melon contains 90% water. In addition melon is also high in vitamin K which replaces the electrolyte that is lost when sweating.

Cabbage

In addition to high vitamin C, 92% of the cauliflower contains water. Consume good to boost the immune system and treat kidney pain.
