So I've got to share this with everyone. This shake has saved and delivered me from the ugliness of heartburn and acid reflux. Anyone else out here in steemit world deal with indigestion problems?
For years I dealt with the discomfort and sometimes pain of acid in my tummy. Keeping me from sleep and foods I love. Ughh
I've been drinking this shake daily for six months now. I completely contribute the loss of acid issues and maintaining my 20 lb weight loss to Shakeology.
