So i've been feeling pretty stressed lately with school and some personal issues and it's been taking a toll. It's important to listen to your body when you feel this way and do the things that will help you relieve that toxic stress. Personally, I enjoy being in the sun at the beach. Theres something quite calming about listening to the ocean while you lay still and reflect on your thoughts. I call it "sun therapy" and it seems to have helped me a lot as I feel pretty relaxed right now.
I walked into the beach club and was greeted with that view. I knew it was going to be a good day
A frozen lemonade always makes everything better :)
It's the little things that can make the biggest difference in your attitude/mood.

I like to meditate. I ve started about 3 years ago, sometimes I practise it a bit more , sometimes a bit less but I think my overall mood just got way better but most importantly my stress resistent.
Also, even if it doesnt sound very relaxing and it isnt in the process, cold showers are helping me alot.

meditate, meditate, meditate, but I've found it's best not to do it in my apartment. Better off somewhere in nature or a studio (basically an open space)

When you are stressed or anxious, the only thing to do is to deal with situation. When the matter is taken care of, I immediately look forward to creating new problems. Thus I stay busy.

Nice view! Thanks for sharing. I agree, 'sun-therapy' really does make a difference. Sometimes, I find just getting outside, sunshine or not, seems to help me. Yoga and meditation daily really keeps me calm and grounded.
