Daily Stresses

Hi guys, what are you daily Stresses? What do you guys worry about?

Today I'm here to talk about my daily Stresses, and what you can do to help with the stresses in your life.

Apart of what makes me, well me is I grew up poor. I lived in a house, but only one room had electricity and there was no water, we had to to to our neighbors to get water if needed be or to take a shower. To top that, we were in a bad neighbor so whatever we had in our house it would get broke into, and stolen. But through it all this is what defines me, my past.

My daily Stresses consist of, whether or not I'm doing enough. As I showed I grew up poor so that drove me to want to do better, not for just me but for my father, and my brother, and my future family. So I work hard, but I get in the mindset that enough hasn't been done, I need to do more. I actually end up over working myself alot. I get to carried away in work, thinking that even though it hurts my personal and social life that it all in all is good cause well "money".

And to continue that train of thought, as I over work I also hyper focus. Meaning I literally hardly remember anything that isn't of importance to me. Which is a stress on me again because I don't like that I don't remember stuff. Like people I've met, or places I've been. I'd love to remember and I've tried but then my brain focuses on something else really hard. So I have a constant stress to do better and better but also of my mental health. Not only that but I have stress from life. Like I'm getting a better education, work, financing. Everything.

So what do I do in order to help combat the stresses I make on myself?

I've began to make it a habit of mine to at the end of the week have time for me, to just relax and do something fun. A few of things I like to do for fun but to also destress is read! Now I used to be a big like fantasy book reader but now for fun I read articles that interest me (how I found steemit). I read all sorts of articles but I'm mostly intrigued by technology.

I not only read but I watch things as well, movies. Somet fantasy some true stories it just depends. But mostly how I deal with my stress is just take a step back and relax. Realize not everything has to be done at once. Another way I destress if I don't have time to myself at the end of the week is I workout. It seems to workout (pun intended) for me.

The biggest lesson I've learned about destressing is just take a step back and think. Relax. Settle down. Realize everything will be okay without you being you for awhile. Stress is only temporary if you make it temporary.

Thank you guys so much for reading. Have a good day!
