In recent years gutter oil is in the rise in China. It is the proces of using animal fats (and other products) out of the sewer and process it in to gutter oil. It is a very lucrative business, but harmful for your health. Not even speaking about the disgusting factor. It is known that 1/10 of all food stalls use gutter oil.
