It is pretty intresting to study the benefits of vegetables, but in all honesty you need variety of everything meat and animal products are also vital for humans. Everyone needs a balanced diet with everything in it but try to stay away from processed meat, there are many studies relating processed meat to chronic disease like cancer and diabetes.
