An excellent way to de-stress and get a good night‘s sleep is to soak for 20 mins in an Epsom salt or magnesium flake bath!
Turn on your hot water tab, put 1-2 cups in and add 10 drops of lavender.
Doing this 2-3 times per week will improve mood, reduce anxiety and pain, and encourage deep restorative sleep.
So my challenge to you: take a bath this weekend!
Carve some time into your diary this weekend, and take some YOU time. Your mind and body will LOVE you for it! 🛀 🙏🏻
It is a good way to relax and unwind. It's something about the warmth that makes it so calming. I've never quite understood why epsom salts work in baths, but it's great that they do.
