Spring is coming

Now that Spring is coming and the weather is getting better, everybody is starting to think about getting fit 🌷

A really easy way to get fit whilst you're watching the tele, is to have one of those mini trampolines in your living room and just to do 20 minutes whilst your favourite program is on 📺

20 minutes of bouncing is equivalent to over an hour of cardio session at the gym 🏃🏻‍♀️ and even if you do just two minutes to get your heart rate going and this has huge benefits for the entire body right down to the cellular level.

It helps the body detox, it helps tone your body, helps digestion of food, and even helps minimise cellulite!

Over all, a fun way to spring into Spring! 🌷🤩
