I find that, even though I focus on cooking nutritious meals each day, sometimes I don’t quite get the recommended quota...and if I don’t get my veggies for a few days on the trot, I start to feel lethargic. Anyone else the same?

A greens powder is a great way to get some added alkalinity and superfoods into your day. I use it in cooking (soups, sauces - the kids can’t even tell), in my morning smoothies, or just as a drink on its own.
