Most times, people choose what's convenient over what's best-a quick snack here, a small bite there, a can of soft drink, the list is endless. The picture that is usually painted is that healthy living is a host of rules and impossible activities which makes the concept too challenging to actualize. Truly, there's a lot involved in developing and practicing a healthy lifestyle, but the key is to make small changes every day. The results for forming healthy habits one at a time are incredible once you start, you'd wonder why you ever lived differently.
