Hello guys it’s @georgegodwin, Today is another great day, so happy to be given the privilege to educate you more on health and fitness for busy people. For those of us who are too busy and not finding time to invest into their workouts or healthy lifestyle, try some of my special tricks to a more healthier life, with lesser effort. I guess we all know that fitness is very important for our health and well-being. But, your days are chocked up with work, household chores, and time with friends and family.

But Here are some really good tips of what you need to know to keep up with a healthier life

Making a list; this is a good way to focusing your time on the things you value more, such as staying fit and healthy. Create a list of thing you would like to do in your free time. Once your list is ready, number each activity in regards to how important it is to you. At the end of this function, you will have a good list of the activities you value. Try to always carryout in at least one of your top most three important list per day, even if it is just for a few minutes

Less could be more; You don’t always have to exercise for hours to get the result, and immediately you get to understand this, you will be able to exercise more often, even when you have a brimful day. Let’s take this as an example, you can do a kettle bell for five minutes, another abs work for five minutes and three minutes of lunges and squats.

Learn a good quick recipes; Toiling over a hot oven especially when you have had a stressful day and arrive home late at night is no fun. To be sure that on these days, you don’t have to reach for unhealthy foods. Learn some super quick good recipes you can fix up in an instant. A turkey steak with beetroot salad is a healthy meal that can be fixed up in less than 10 to 15 minutes.

Relax; When you are too busy going after a day full of meetings, with a strenuous evening, your stress level is likely to increase and stress has a very bad impact on health and wellbeing. Therefore one good things you can do to stay healthy and fit is to learn how to relax. If you don’t have time to deliberate and meditate, even studies has found out that anticipation of laughter helps us to relax and reduce stress levels in the body system. So take a look at some funny videos to help you relax.

Supersets; those moments when you try to make a space in your busy schedule to exercise, make sure that you are getting the best out of your workout by doing a supersets. Super-setting can slash your exercise time by 50%, because rather than having rest periods between sets, you have to do a different exercise that rests the muscles you have just trained, before you commence with your next set. For example, once you have worked on your stomach, also try to work out your lower back.

Live an influential lifestyle; If you strive to find a new time to get to the gym or to get to a dance class then assimilating exercise into your lifestyle might be of help to stay fit and healthy even when your schedule is occupied.
