Studies have shown that your perception of your activity level is very important. If you think you are exercising enough, you will be healthier and you will have a longer life. In other words, your belief has a placebo effect. Pretty amazing, yeah?

I tell myself everyday I am going to the Gym.
I have never been to a Gym in my life.

If this is true, then I will up my think positive routine to including my activity level. It's going to take a lot of positive thinking on this fat boy though.
