I actually was at a time been having overnight oatmeal with chia seed, until I have been busy lately and too tired to have it done when am home late at night.

I always soak my chia seeds in water or some liquid before consumption because that way the body can break it down for its wonderful nutrients more easily. They are tiny, but a formidable superfood!

I also think that chia seeds are healthy. But because were I am from chia seeds are not regional, I prefer to use flax seeds instead. They are similar and also very healthy. Chia and flax are useful as egg replacer for vegan baking.
