Burn those fat with ginger

Do you know that ginger, is a good recipe for burning fat?
Its a good detoxifier antioxidant..
And it reduces high cholesterol💁💁💁
It kills infections and fights inflamation
Its very simple i'll show you the process shortly

Ingredients
Ginger
Water
Lemon(optimal)

Process
Step 1: wash your ginger

Step2: place your pot containing water on fire

Step3: put your ginger inside the pot containing
water... Allow it to boil for 30minutes

Step4: Take the pot down let it cool..

Step5: Slice your lemon into the ginger water

Step6: strain the water by removing the ginger and lemon...

The water should be taken first thing in the morning before breakfast and last thing at night before you go to bed.....
Its working already.....

Dont be scared it has no side effect
Try this consistently for one month
