@gnsmirza Thank you for sharing! I remember learning a fact in a WorldofChemistry Food course in university that a tribe (I think in Africa) that ate the betel nut had a 0% chance of colon cancer! Raw fats for the win!!! Thank you for sharing such beautiful health awareness :)
